The Easternlight label, developed by Gary Hamilton (founder of Arclight films) and Ying Ye, was launched in Berlin in 2006. Easternlight Singapore will specialize in the production and distribution of feature films with Asian content aimed at an international audience, and is the first one stop film production outfit in town for feature films, covering production aspects from script development to post production. With parent company Arclight Films as sales agent, every film will have immediate access to the international market place.
