Silk Road Pictures was established in 2007 as a leading film production company based in Singapore.

The company is dedicated to producing feature films, TV movies and commercials for international markets . Our first international movie “Dance of the Dragon” will premiere on 01 May 2008 in Singapore, with a world wide release in June 2008.

“Dance Of The Dragon” is the first of a trillogy of love stories to be produced by Silk Road Pictures in Singapore. The second feature film currently in pre-production is entitled “Forever”. It is scheduled for release during Chinese New Year 2009.




JRL Entertainment is the dynamic creative team dedicated to bringing the best in Asian cinema to the world. Helmed by Director/Cinematographer John Radel and Film Producer Robin Leong, JRL Entertainment is currently involved in several exciting co-productions relating to Cinema, Television, Internet and Gaming programs for international release.

Australian born Director / Cinematographer John Radel has 18 years of industry experience and has received over 30 cinematography awards internationally. Now based in Asia, John continues to create and develop stories and visuals to help showcase Asia worldwide.

Robin Leong was born and raised in Seattle, Washington in the United States and has been in the entertainment industry here in Asia for the past 15 years. He has made Singapore his home since 1997, and during this time, has established himself as a celebrity actor, television presenter and producer.

Their collaboration on the feature film “Dance of the Dragon” is the beginning of a slate of productions planned to take place over the next 10 years. These projects are funded through the JRL Entertainment film fund and various co-productions worldwide.

Their next feature film project “Forever” begins shooting in June 2008, and is scheduled for a Chinese New Year 2009 release.

With over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry between them, they look forward with great enthusiasm to the production and release of Asian films, television shows and commercials to a worldwide audience.
